Root Canals
The part of the pulp cavity lying in the root
of a tooth. Root Canal Therapy is defined as
a dental operation to save a tooth by removing the
contents of its root canal and filling the cavity
with a protective substance.
- Pulp — The blood vessels and nerve
tissue that occupies the pulp cavity of a tooth.
- Pulp Cavity — The space within a
tooth which contains the pulp.
