Meet the Staff
 Roxanne Fowler,
our office manager has been full time since 2001. Roxanne has been in dental field since
1992. Her hobbies : collecting antiques, computers and spending time with her family.
She has a son , a daughter, and a dog named Ruger.
 Karen Kane,
our Asst. manager and dental assistant, is married and has five sons. She has an associate
degree in child care and development. She taught preschool for seven years and then worked
at Phillips Lighting in Accounts Receivable. When she started her family, she decided to
stay at home. After the birth of her second son in 1992, she went back to work in dentistry
part time. Karen has worked with Dr. Cichon since 1993. Her hobbies consist of: cooking,
exercising, all outdoor activities and spending time with her family.
 Dorothy Cichon,
our office assistant, is a registered nurse in Illinois. She formally supervised the emergency
room at St. Mary Nazareth hospital. A mother of 3, Dr. Cichon being the oldest, she has
commented that, "I'm finally getting paid to help my son." Her hobbies are: gardening and
cooking gourmet meals. Painting and shopping are her other loves. BEWARE - she may
even give you a hug.
 Linda Havertine,
is our Registered Dental Hygienist. She started in the dental field in 1988 and graduated from
Harper College in Palatine, IL. She has been working with Dr. Cichon since 2006. She is
married and has two boys. Her hobbies include: cooking and golfing.
 Cheryl Rossi,
is our Registered Dental Hygienist. Her career in the dental field started at age 17. She
worked for three years as an assistant while going to Prairie State College to complete her
hygiene degree. She is married and has two children, a son and a daughter. Her hobbies
include: scrapbooking, and spending time with her family.
 Kristi Cichon,
is the Chief Financial Officer. Her prior experience includes: Dental Assisting, Medical
Records Tech (HIM), Xray file room technologist, a Nuclear Medicine Technology Degree and being
a dental business owner. She attributes the success of the office to her excellent staff and
some “very long nights” and “serious hard work”. She has worked with the same staff since 1993.
Kristi’s hobbies include: Landscaping projects, computers and Music. She also co-manages a band
in which she and Dr. Cichon participate for fun and for local charity benefits. She has two
sons and a dachshund named Daisy.
