Meet the Staff
Roxanne Fowler, our office assistant, has been full
time since March of 2001. She also runs a hair salon out of
her home part-time. Her hobbies are collecting antiques,
computers and spending time with her family. Roxanne's 12
years of dental experience include: dental assisting, billing,
reception and front office duties.
 Karen
Kane, our dental assistant, is married and has
five sons. She has an associate degree in child care
and development. She taught preschool for seven
years and then worked at Phillips Lighting in
Accounts Receivable. When she started her family,
she decided to stay at home. After the birth of her
second son, in 1992, she went back to work part
time. In August 1992, she began dental assisting.
She has been working with Dr. Cichon for 9 years.
She thoroughly enjoys her job and the personal
interaction with patients.
 Dorothy Cichon, our office assistant, is a registered
nurse in Illinois. She formally supervised the emergency room
at St. Mary Nazareth hospital. A mother of 3, Dr. Cichon being
the oldest, she has commented that, "I'm finally getting paid
to help my son." Her hobbies are: gardening and cooking
gourmet meals. Painting and shopping are her other loves.
BEWARE - she may even give you a hug.
 Ann Rogers, RDH,
Ann's career in the dental field included 10+ years as a dental Assistant
before completing her dental hygiene education at Wm. Rainey Harper College.
The focus of the hygiene program was soft tissue management. Aside from
working with our clients in the dental practice, she enjoys working with
schools, presenting students with information that will enable them to
achieve oral health throughout their life.
 Kristi Cichon, our office manager, is now
strictly part-time due to the birth of her first son. She is still a
temp for Sherman Hospital as a Nuclear Med Tech. Her hobbies
include computers, picture taking and being "mom". Her 10
years of dental experience include: dental assisting, receptionist,
medical records tech and now general manager.
