Warranty Information
The dental care we provide is based on the skill,
knowledge and judgment of Dr. Cichon & staff. We
strive to do the very best we can by using the
latest technologies & equipment available.
Limited warranties are provided on veneers, crowns,
bridges, partial dentures and full dentures for up
to five years and fillings for up to three years.
All warranties are provided only if you continue to
keep your regular recall appointments (minimum of
every 6 months). All warranties are null and void if
this schedule is not kept.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental
damage, obvious abuse, or failure to complete
recommended treatment in our office, such as placing
a crown to protect a tooth after root canal therapy.
All warranty work is to be done by Dr. Cichon.
